Welcome to my blog. If you browse through some old postings you will find that I originally started this blog to document my journey through graduate school. I have since graduated and I am now practicing in my desired field. Although I have come a long way and I am satisfied and grateful to be where I am, the roughly four years of post baccalaureate education has caused significant strain a train wreck on my finances.* For this reason, I have decided to take control of my financial situation and prove to myself (and anyone who might be following), that it can be done. Yes, even with two small children!
